Q. Are the prices
per person? A. No, all prices are for the property and are fully
inclusive with no hidden costs. Our prices are comparable to hotels and range
from £65 per night for a 1 bed apartment to £120 for a large 4 bed
house. Prices are + VAT and based on 28 nights.
Q. What is the minimum booking? A. Currently, depending on
property, the minimum booking period is 7 nights.
Q. Can I have a look at a property before I book? A. This isn't
always possible due to current bookings, however we do have a Video Tour which
shows the high quality of the properties.
Q. Are all properties non-smoking with no pets allowed? A. Yes,
all the properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed.
Q. What are the check in and check out times? A. Check in is from 1pm and Check Out is by 11am though we try to be as flexible as possible, subject to other bookings, so if you have a specific
time please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Q. Does the housekeeper do my washing up? A. No, afraid not!
The housekeepers weekly visit is to change bed linen / towels and general clean.
Additional cleaning services including ironing can be arranged directly with the
housekeeper.
Booking Procedure
To enquire about making a booking please use the enquiry form on our
Contact page. After confirming availability and
subject to your acceptance we will e-mail a link to our online booking form with our Terms &
Conditions for your agreement. Once we have received your confirmation we
will raise the invoice which can be paid by bank transfer, debit card, cash or
cheque at no cost. Credit cards incur a surcharge. Payment must be received as cleared funds prior to keys being released.
Checking In
Your accommodation will normally be ready from 1pm on the day of occupancy
though we may be able to arrange an earlier time if required. Please advise us
of your expected time of arrival at least 24 hours before and on the day we ask
that you ring us approximately 30 mins before your arrival and we will meet you
at the property to show you round and hand over keys.
Welcome Pack
We provide a complimentary Welcome Pack that includes bread, milk, coffee, tea,
sugar etc, as well as enough basic household items such as soap, shower gel,
washing up liquid, laundry/dishwasher tablets, kitchen/toilet rolls etc for the
first few days of your booking.
Housekeeping
For all bookings over 7 nights a weekly housekeeping visit is included to
change used linen/towels and service the accommodation including dusting,
cleaning and vacuuming. Baths, sinks and showers are cleaned throughout, kitchen
and WC’s are expected to be kept generally clean by the occupants. We will
arrange the day of housekeeping at the check in. Additional housekeeping
services including ironing can be arranged directly through DTS Cleaning
Services.
Checking Out
Check out is normally by 11.00am though it may be possible to arrange a
later check out time subject to other bookings. We ask that you leave the
property in the same clean condition as you found it and remove any rubbish and
personal effects.
